Rental Policies

By submitting your deposit you agree to the following terms:

UNIT PREPARATION
Your vacation property will be cleaned and provided with fresh linen, soap and paper products prior to your arrival.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $250.00 will be required at the time of booking via credit card. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival date via credit card.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Location
355 Black Hawk Circle Silverthorne,  CO

Arrival: Between 4:00 – 6:00PM

Departure: By 10:00 AM  Late departures will be assessed a fee of one night’s lodging.

CANCELLATION POLICY
An emailed reservation cancellation or changes must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive refund less $75.00 cancellation/handling fee. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
